This episode is all about closing and includes an interview with Darcy Smyth of The Outbound Game.  

For many people, closing is considered the most difficult part of the sales process.  However, I think that it is the easiest.  I do need to caveat that by stating that it is only easy if you have done everything correctly up to that point.  The problem for most people is that they fail to ensure that the customer is ready to buy before they try to close.
